"Balfes Hill" is in the middle of the Huon Valley's fruit
growing district. It is 45 minutes south of Hobart and is an excellent
starting place from which to visit the Nationally acclaimed Tahune Air
Walk, explore the Hartz Mts. and Arve Valley or the ever changing scenery
of the D'Entrecasteaux Channel. Travel in your own car or by bus.
